History

Founded in November 2003, LM3 has emerged as a top IT and communications consultant to companies in Liberia. LM3 evolved its business to include consulting services designed to help companies outside of West Africa understand how to make the investment in this budding market.

Liberia offers a unique opportunity for communication technology and service providers. Due to war and other economic conditions, Liberia is lacking in communication and technology infrastructure. The cost to rebuild using legacy technologies is much greater than investing in modern wireless and satellite technologies.
